168Property.my provides a platform for customers to advertise their property needs. We are not the buyer, seller, landlord, tenant, agent or a party to user transactions.
Independent transactions
Users independently arrange property checks, viewings, negotiations, agreements, deposits, payments, fees and disputes.
Contact and privacy
Email verification is required. WhatsApp and email are made public only when the requester separately consents. Public details may be copied by visitors.
Accuracy and safety
Confirm identities and property availability independently. No spam, harassment or fraudulent requests; suspicious content may be removed.
Request visibility: 30 days after verification. Requests may be removed for policy violations. 168Property.my does not guarantee successful connections, verification of identities, or the outcome of transactions.

How to respond professionally

- Use the public WhatsApp or email button only if the customer enabled it.
- Describe your matching property accurately, disclose fees and arrange viewings directly.
Agent and Owner Notice
There is no automatic access to private customer contact details. If a requester keeps both contact methods private, do not attempt to discover them. A registered member area with verified agent offers can be added in a later release.

Do not post customers’ private WhatsApp enquiries without their permission. Invite people to complete the form directly. Reading incoming WhatsApp messages automatically would require a separate approved Meta Business integration.
