By submitting a listing or profile information, the user agrees that the information is intended for public display and property promotion. This may include the user’s name, agency name, phone number, WhatsApp link, email address, property location, property photos, listing description, and other submitted listing content.

5. Listing License and Promotion Rights

By submitting property listings, photos, descriptions, contact details, or profile information to 168Property.my, the user grants 168Property.my permission to display, store, edit for formatting, publish, promote, share, and synchronize the submitted content for property listing and marketing purposes.

This permission includes displaying selected public listing information on 168Property.my and, where applicable, on related MalaysiaHome group platforms, partner pages, social media, search engine listings, marketing materials, or other promotional channels connected to the listing service.

The user confirms that they have the necessary rights, consent, and authority to submit and allow such use of the listing content.

6. No Guarantee of Listing Accuracy

168Property.my does not guarantee that every listing, price, photo, description, availability, location, ownership detail, contact detail, or property information is complete, accurate, current, verified, or error-free.

Property information may be submitted by third parties and may change without notice. Users should verify property details, ownership, pricing, availability, legal documents, transaction terms, and professional advice directly with the relevant agent, owner, developer, lawyer, valuer, banker, or other qualified professional before making any decision.

7. No Transaction Responsibility
